Who we are

Kriov Tech is a web development and digital consultancy operated by Rasel Rony, Khulna, Bangladesh. Contact: hello@kriov.tech.

What we collect

• Enquiry data you submit: name, email address, company, service interest, budget range and message.
• Technical data collected by analytics: pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source.
• Correspondence you send us by email or WhatsApp.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
• To deliver and support work you have commissioned.
• To understand which pages and content are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not add enquirers to a marketing list without explicit consent.

Legal basis

Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and on contract performance for commissioned work. Analytics cookies are set only where consent is given, where consent is required.

Who processes it

• Our own mail server and hosting infrastructure.
• Analytics provider (Google Analytics 4), with IP anonymisation where available.
• Payment providers, only when an invoice is issued.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project and accounting records are kept for six years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@kriov.tech. We respond within 30 days.
