About
A small studio, run by the person doing the work
Kriov Tech is the consultancy of Rasel Rony — a web developer and e-commerce specialist who has spent fourteen years building for clients in the UK, Europe, the US and Australia.
How this started
I started building websites in 2011 — WordPress blogs, affiliate projects, then client work as the referrals came. By 2015 the freelancing had become a full-time practice: Shopify stores, WooCommerce builds, migrations, checkout work and the unglamorous maintenance that keeps a site alive after launch.
Fourteen years and more than 800 delivered projects later, the pattern is clear. Clients do not need another agency with an account manager and a discovery workshop. They need someone who can look at the site, say what is wrong, fix it, and prove the difference afterwards.
Why the AI focus
In 2024 I started wiring AI into client work — not as a feature to advertise, but to remove repetitive tasks. Quotation drafts, enquiry triage, product copy, invoice extraction, internal search. The result is usually unremarkable to look at and genuinely useful to run.
That is the version of AI worth paying for: constrained, measured, and documented so the team can maintain it after handover. Chatbots bolted onto a homepage rarely survive contact with real customers.
How I work
- Fixed scope and fixed price agreed in writing before work starts.
- Staging environment you can review at any time during the build.
- You own the code, the domain and the hosting accounts.
- Everything documented, with a walkthrough recording at handover.
- Honest recommendations — including when the answer is "do less".
Where I am
Based in Khulna, Bangladesh, working with international clients remotely. I keep a four-hour overlap with European business hours and handle calls early or late where needed.
